Understanding Invoices and Wallet Deposits

Updated on June 20, 2026 • 12 min read

Domzivo uses a prepaid Wallet system to enable instant domain registrations without delays from banking processing. This guide explains how to add funds to your wallet, understand your invoices, and manage your payments effectively.

Chapter 1: The Domzivo Wallet System

Instead of entering your payment details every time you want to register a domain (which introduces delays and potential bank declines), you deposit funds into your Wallet once and spend them instantly. When you pay with your Wallet balance, the domain registration command is sent directly to the global registry — meaning your domain can be registered and active in seconds.

1.1 Adding Funds to Your Wallet

To deposit money into your wallet:

  1. Log into your Domzivo Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Billing from the sidebar.
  3. In the Wallet Balance section at the top, click the Add Fund button.
  4. You will be taken to the payment method page where you can select a preset amount ($10, $30, $50, $100) or enter a custom amount.
  5. Select your preferred payment gateway from the available options.
  6. Complete the payment on the secure gateway page. Your wallet balance will update instantly upon success.

1.2 Available Payment Gateways

Domzivo supports multiple payment gateways depending on availability configured by the platform administrators. The gateways you may see include:

  • Paystack: Supports Debit/Credit Cards and Bank Transfer.
  • Flutterwave: Supports Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Money.
  • Cryptocurrency (NOWPayments): Pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies.

The gateways displayed on the payment page depend on which ones are currently enabled. If no gateways are shown, please try again later or contact support.

Instant API Transactions

When you pay with your Wallet balance, our system bypasses external banking delays and sends the registration request directly to the global central registry API. This means your domain is registered and active in under 3 seconds.

Important: Wallet Deposits Are Non-Refundable

As stated in our Terms of Service, funds deposited into your Domzivo Wallet are non-refundable to the original payment method. They remain available indefinitely for purchasing services on the platform. Please only deposit amounts you intend to use.

Chapter 2: Understanding Invoices

For every transaction you make on Domzivo — whether it's a wallet deposit, a domain registration, or a business email purchase — the system generates an invoice that you can view from your dashboard.

2.1 Accessing Invoices

To view your financial history, go to Billing from the sidebar. Here you will see a chronological list of all your invoices. You can filter them by status:

  • Paid: The transaction was successfully completed.
  • Unpaid: An invoice has been generated but payment has not yet been completed.
  • Cancelled: The invoice was cancelled.

2.2 Invoice Details

Each invoice contains a detailed breakdown of costs. If you registered a domain, the invoice will list the exact TLD price. If you purchased WHOIS privacy protection, that will appear as a separate line item. You can view the full details of any invoice by clicking on it.

Chapter 3: Domain Renewals

Domains are registered on a yearly basis. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your domains are renewed before their expiration dates. Domzivo will send email notifications as your domain's expiration date approaches to remind you to renew.

Expiration Warning

If a domain expires, it enters a "Grace Period". After the grace period, it enters a "Redemption Period" where restoring the domain incurs a massive fee imposed by the registry (often over $100). Always keep your wallet funded and renew your domains on time!
