Understanding the Domzivo Refund Policy
Domzivo operates a strict no-refund policy on all completed transactions. Because our services involve instant interactions with global domain registries and third-party providers, purchases are final once processed. This guide will explain how our policy works, what happens when something goes wrong, and how to get help.
Important: All Sales Are Final
As stated in our Terms of Service (Section 6), all domain registrations, renewals, transfers, business email subscriptions, and wallet deposits are non-refundable. Please carefully review all details before completing any purchase.
1. Why Are Sales Non-Refundable?
When you register a domain, Domzivo immediately sends a registration command to the central registry (such as Verisign for .com, or the relevant operator for other TLDs). This command is executed in real-time and the registration fee is remitted to the registry instantly. Once the registry confirms the registration, the transaction is irreversible on our end.
The same logic applies to domain renewals and transfers — once the registry processes the command, the fee has already been paid to the upstream provider and cannot be recovered.
2. What Is and Isn't Refundable
Non-Refundable (All Final Sales)
- Domain Registrations: Once a domain is successfully registered with the central registry, the fee is final. This includes cases of typos or buyer's remorse.
- Domain Renewals: Whether triggered manually or automatically, renewal fees are immediately remitted to the registry and cannot be reversed.
- Domain Transfers: Once a transfer is initiated and paid for, the process cannot be reversed.
- Business Email Subscriptions: Once provisioned, email hosting subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, the service remains active until the end of your current billing cycle with no prorated refund.
- Wallet Deposits: Funds deposited into your Domzivo Wallet are non-refundable to the original payment method. They remain available indefinitely for purchasing services on the platform.
- Web Design Services: Upfront deposits for custom web design projects are non-refundable once design work or consultation has commenced.
When You May Receive a Credit
In rare cases where a registration fails at the registry level (for example, the domain was taken between search and payment), Domzivo will credit the amount back to your Wallet Balance automatically. This is not a "refund" — it is a correction for a service that was not delivered.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, bank reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a valid transaction, Domzivo considers this a form of payment fraud. Your account will be immediately suspended, all domains and services in your account will be locked, and you may be permanently banned from using Domzivo.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact our support team first so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
4. How to Contact Support for Billing Issues
If you have a billing concern or believe an error occurred during a transaction, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Domzivo Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Support section from the sidebar.
- Click the New Ticket button.
- Select the Billing department and describe your issue in detail.
- Include any relevant order numbers or invoice references to help us locate your transaction quickly.
Our support team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible. While our no-refund policy is firm, we are always happy to help resolve genuine billing errors or failed transactions.
